| part of me wants to pick up the phone and say i'm sorry. but part of me wants my dignity. why do i care about you anyway?? Piano Festival at VCH. Performance by Geoffrey Douglas Madge. What can I say? He's a brilliant pianist. Totally gifted and talented. But I guess I just can't appreciate classical music. Most of our school did'nt. I tried to act interested, but somehow I kept dozing off. Plus, it was way past my bedtime. But despite that, I'll have to admit that Geoffrey Douglas Madge has got to be the best pianist I've ever heard. It was fun being in the bus and snapping all those photographs. And all those singing and shouting. School excursions can be so fun. But somehow my eyes hurt from the bright flashes from Rachel's camera. Haha. Got home around 11+. Heated up my burger cos I was hungry but it got burnt so i ended up eating only the meat and the mushrooms. Bathed then went to bed. I think I fell asleep in an instant with the piano sound in my head. Couldn't get it out. Even though I felt bored during the whole thing, I would recommend it to those who appreciate and like classical music. Geoffrey Madge is brilliant and he puts all his emotions into his playing, which I guess is kinda good. Later going for a wedding all the way in Boon Lay. Going to take taxi. I guess the ride's gonna be long so I'll be coming prepared with my iPod. haha. -MEL |
